What does research use only mean?
Every product is supplied as a laboratory reagent for in vitro research. None of it is a medicine, none of it is licensed for human or veterinary use, and none of it should be administered to a person or an animal.
Can I see the certificate of analysis before ordering?
Yes. It is linked in the documentation section of each product page. If a certificate is not shown against a listing, ask before ordering rather than after.
How should I store a compound on arrival?
Conditions are listed in the specification table on every product page, because they vary by compound. Follow them from the moment the parcel arrives.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders placed before the daily cut off are dispatched the same working day on a tracked service.
Do you ship internationally?
Case by case, and only where the compound can lawfully be imported for research use. Send the destination and the compound and we will confirm before you order.
Can you source a compound not in the catalogue?
Often. Send the compound, quantity and minimum purity. If it can be sourced to specification we will quote it, and if it cannot we will say so rather than substitute something close.
