Worth knowing: the research covers each of the three peptides separately rather than the blend. Most people buy it to save reconstituting three vials.

Product description

A combined preparation supplying GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single 70mg vial.

Research context

The three peptides are studied together in extracellular matrix and tissue remodelling work often enough that a combined vial removes two reconstitution steps and the errors that come with them. Where a protocol requires independent control of the ratios, order the three separately instead.

Handling notes

Handled as the individual peptides. Bacteriostatic water added slowly, gentle swirling, frozen storage, aliquot after reconstitution. The GHK-Cu component gives the preparation a blue tint, which is normal. Check your buffer for chelating agents given the copper content.

Worth knowing

Every component is tested separately before blending and all three sets of results appear on the certificate, so the composition is verifiable rather than asserted.

Documentation

This batch ships with its own certificate of analysis showing HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity confirmation. The batch reference is recorded against your order, so a result generated months from now can be traced back to this specific lot.

Intended use

Supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Not a medicine. Not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for any diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Research background

The short version

Three peptides in one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. Each is studied separately in tissue repair and matrix work, and the blend is a convenience for protocols using all three.

A combined preparation of GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. The three appear together in extracellular matrix and repair research often enough that a single vial removes two reconstitution steps.

Where it came from

No independent literature exists for the combination. Everything known derives from the three component profiles.

How it is thought to work

There is no published pharmacology for the blend as such. Interaction effects between the three have not been characterised, and the copper content of the GHK-Cu component means buffer composition needs checking for chelating agents.

What it is studied for

What the published research found, and what it was tested in. We list the model against each one so you can judge how far the findings go.

  • Component pharmacology See the individual GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 profiles. What they found See the individual GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 profiles. No pharmacology has been published for the combination. Tested in See individual product pages
  • Combined protocols Study designs applying all three in the same repair model. What they found Applied together in repair models on the basis of the individual literature rather than on evidence for the combination. Tested in Rodent models, cell culture

Questions about this compound

How should Glow 70mg be stored?

Store the sealed vial at -20C, protected from light. Sealed and held at that condition it carries a shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacture, sealed from the date of manufacture. Once reconstituted, shelf life shortens considerably and the solution should be aliquoted before freezing rather than thawed repeatedly.

How is Glow 70mg reconstituted?

Soluble in bacteriostatic water. Add the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than directly onto the material, then swirl gently to dissolve. Do not shake, vortex or sonicate to speed it up. A cloudy solution that will not clear usually means the wrong solvent rather than a poor batch.

What purity is this batch and how is it verified?

This item is supplied at 99%+ (HPLC), measured by high performance liquid chromatography. Identity is confirmed separately by mass spectrometry. Both results appear on the certificate of analysis for the batch you receive, not for a previous lot.

Can I see the certificate of analysis before ordering?

Yes. It is linked in the documentation section of this page. If no certificate is shown against this listing, ask before ordering rather than after.

Can this be used in humans or animals?

No. This is supplied strictly as a laboratory reagent for in vitro research. It is not a medicine, it is not licensed for human or veterinary use, and it should not be administered to a person or an animal. We do not provide dosing or administration guidance.
