GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in one 80mg vial. Four components, four sets of results.

Worth knowing: the research covers each peptide separately, and KPV has a smaller body of work than the other three. It is the least studied product we stock, so it suits exploratory work more than replication.

Product description

A combined preparation supplying GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV in a single 80mg vial.

Research context

Klow adds KPV, a tripeptide fragment of alpha-MSH studied for its behaviour in inflammatory models, to the three peptide Glow combination. It suits study designs looking at repair and inflammatory signalling together rather than in sequence.

Handling notes

Handled as the other combined preparations. Bacteriostatic water, slow addition, gentle swirling, frozen storage, aliquot after reconstitution. Blue tint from the copper complex is expected. Check buffer composition for chelating agents.

Worth knowing

Four components, each tested separately before blending, with all four results on the certificate.

Documentation

This batch ships with its own certificate of analysis showing HPLC purity and mass spectrometry identity confirmation. The batch reference is recorded against your order, so a result generated months from now can be traced back to this specific lot.

Intended use

Supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Not a medicine. Not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for any diagnostic or therapeutic use.

Research background

The short version

Four peptides in one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. KPV is a fragment of a hormone involved in inflammatory signalling, which is what it adds to the mix.

A combined preparation adding KPV to the three peptide Glow blend. KPV is the C terminal tripeptide of alpha melanocyte stimulating hormone and is studied in inflammatory models.

Where it came from

As with Glow, no independent literature exists for the combination. KPV itself has a modest published record centred on inflammatory signalling.

How it is thought to work

KPV is the Lys-Pro-Val fragment of alpha-MSH and is proposed to retain some of the parent hormone's anti-inflammatory activity without its pigmentary effects.

No pharmacology exists for the four peptide combination. Any account is the sum of four separate profiles.

What it is studied for

What the published research found, and what it was tested in. We list the model against each one so you can judge how far the findings go.

  • KPV in inflammatory models Effects on inflammatory signalling in cell and animal models of colitis and dermatitis. What they found Reduced inflammatory markers reported in rodent colitis and dermatitis models. The KPV literature is considerably smaller than that of the other three components. Tested in Cell culture, rodent models
  • Component pharmacology See the individual GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 profiles. What they found See the individual GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 profiles. No pharmacology exists for the four peptide combination. Tested in See individual product pages

Questions about this compound

How should Klow 80mg be stored?

Store the sealed vial at -20C, protected from light. Sealed and held at that condition it carries a shelf life of 24 months from date of manufacture, sealed from the date of manufacture. Once reconstituted, shelf life shortens considerably and the solution should be aliquoted before freezing rather than thawed repeatedly.

How is Klow 80mg reconstituted?

Soluble in bacteriostatic water. Add the solvent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than directly onto the material, then swirl gently to dissolve. Do not shake, vortex or sonicate to speed it up. A cloudy solution that will not clear usually means the wrong solvent rather than a poor batch.

What purity is this batch and how is it verified?

This item is supplied at 99%+ (HPLC), measured by high performance liquid chromatography. Identity is confirmed separately by mass spectrometry. Both results appear on the certificate of analysis for the batch you receive, not for a previous lot.

Can I see the certificate of analysis before ordering?

Yes. It is linked in the documentation section of this page. If no certificate is shown against this listing, ask before ordering rather than after.

Can this be used in humans or animals?

No. This is supplied strictly as a laboratory reagent for in vitro research. It is not a medicine, it is not licensed for human or veterinary use, and it should not be administered to a person or an animal. We do not provide dosing or administration guidance.
